Our client, a leading organization in the construction and real estate industry, is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join their team. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be part of the construction operations supporting tenant improvement and capital improvement projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

* ** What's the Job?*
* + Coordinate construction projects, developing detailed plans to achieve project goals and ensuring seamless integration of technical activities.

+ Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients and stakeholders effectively.

+ Recruit, assign, direct, and evaluate project team members, overseeing staff development and maintaining high standards of competence.

+ Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand to assess project feasibility and optimize outcomes.

+ Represent the landlord in commercial office projects ranging from 5,000 to 100,000 sq ft, managing tenant and capital improvement initiatives across multiple sites.

** What's Needed?*
* + Experience managing tenant improvement and commercial construction projects, with a focus on interior, architectural, or engineering backgrounds preferred.

+ 5-10 years of construction project management experience, demonstrating leadership and organizational skills.

+ Valid driver's license, as contractors will be traveling to various project sites in the Radnor area.

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills, with problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

+ Proficiency with MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, and other relevant software tools.
