Account Manager – Heavy Customer Service Focus

Location: Wayne, PA (Hybrid)

Pay Rate: $25-$27/hr.

Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager with exceptional customer service skills to join our team. This role requires a proactive professional who can manage client relationships, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building strong client relationships.
  • Handle high-volume customer inquiries and provide timely, accurate resolutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and service levels are maintained.
  • Monitor account performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions.
  • Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of client interactions and account status.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in account management or customer service roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM systems preferred.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
