What You’ll Do
  • Provide exceptional customer service:
    Assist members with their financial needs and answer inquiries about products and services.
  • Process transactions accurately:
    Handle deposits, withdrawals, and payments while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Cross-sell products and services:
    Educate members on Trumark’s offerings and recommend solutions that meet their financial goals.
  • Resolve member issues:
    Address concerns and find effective resolutions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain operational excellence:
    Ensure cash drawers are balanced, transactions complete efficiently, and records are kept organized.
What You Bring To The Table

Education: High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in business or related field preferred.

Experience: 1+ years of customer service, retail, or banking experience preferred.

Skills: Strong communication, attention to detail, proficiency in technology, a positive attitude, and problem‑solving mindset.

Availability: Flexible hours, including evenings and Saturdays, may be required.
