Endodontic Specialists, is seeking an experienced Dental Office Manager to lead our amazing endodontic team and support our Wayne, Pennsylvania practice locations!

Location:

What You’ll Do:

• Lead daily operations, manage schedules and finances, support your team, and ensure a smooth, five-star patient experience every day.

Manage financial processes such as budgeting, reporting, and revenue cycle oversight.

Support human resources functions: including hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, and regulatory compliance.

Oversee accurate dental recordkeeping and ensure full compliance with HIPAA and other privacy standards.

Collaborate closely with clinical staff to streamline workflow and enhance the overall patient experience.

Uphold and implement policies for quality assurance, infection control, and safety protocols.

Track and analyze practice performance metrics to identify areas for growth, optimization, and improved patient care.

What We’re Looking For:

• Dental or healthcare office management experience preferred
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills; billing, and financial management expertise within a healthcare environment.
• Proficiency with dental practice management software; experience with TDO4
  
  Endo or Open Dental is a plus.
• Patient-focused, adaptable, and ready to grow
