Trauma, ICU, and emergency general surgery coverage. Exact shift AMN Healthcare is partnering with Main Line Health to recruit an experienced Trauma Surgeon for a growing, independent trauma program in the Philadelphia region. This is an opportunity to help shape the next phase of trauma, emergency general surgery, and surgical critical care coverage within an established health system with two Level II trauma centers and long-standing trauma infrastructure.

The incoming physician will provide clinical coverage, participate in trauma activations, support multidisciplinary rounds, educate residents and team members, and contribute to quality, safety, and program-building initiatives. Candidates with strong training, regional ties, and a commitment to collaborative, patient-centered care will be well aligned with this opportunity.

Main Line Health is making a significant investment in the future of trauma care, with a growing team of committed surgeons already in place and continued expansion underway. The ideal candidate will have completed training in a trauma or critical fellowship and will have board certification/eligibility through the American Board of Surgery pathway.
