Join Wayne Early Learning Center as a Pre‑K/Preschool Teacher, where you will inspire young minds in a nurturing and engaging environment. We are dedicated to fostering creativity and curiosity in our students, helping them build a strong foundation for their future.
Responsibilities- Help develop and implement age‑appropriate lesson plans that promote social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
- Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Assess and monitor children's progress.
- Engage children in hands‑on activities that promote critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to create a cohesive and supportive learning community.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom that meets safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding children's development and classroom activities.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current in early childhood education trends.
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience working with preschool‑aged children.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with children and families.
- Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and adapt to diverse learning needs.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
- Background check clearance as required by state regulations.
