• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote cognitive and social development.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity.
• Assess and monitor each child's progress through regular evaluations and observations.
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support children's learning and development.
• Supervise classroom activities and ensure the safety and well‑being of all students.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.
• Work closely with fellow educators to promote a cohesive and effective teaching team.

• Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a preschool or early childhood setting.
• PA teaching certification or equivalent credential preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and families.
• Passion for early childhood education and child development.
• Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
• Creative, energetic, and patient demeanor.
