Howell Engineering is seeking a Survey Manager-PLS with a minimum of 5 years of land surveying experience to lead survey crews across federal, state, and private clients in PA/NJ/DE/MD.
In this role you will plan, direct, and coordinate survey activities, ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance, mentor staff, and manage budgets and client relationships. Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and modern survey equipment is required.
