Weather vane Senior Living is headquartered in Wayne, Pennsylvania. The Director of Finance is a hybrid position with regular travel to our communities in Central and Eastern Pennsylvania.

Director of Finance oversees all financial functions for the senior living management company and its four Pennsylvania communities. This role ensures fiscal responsibility, operational efficiency, financial transparency, and strategic guidance to support organizational growth and regulatory compliance.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• 3+ years of finance leadership experience. Background in healthcare or real estate preferred.
• Experience with reimbursement models, cost reporting, and financial oversight of multiple entities.
• Proficiency in financial software and reporting platforms (e.g., Sage, Excel).
• Strong analytical and communication skills
