We are seeking a Senior Accountant to play a key role in a dynamic and growing finance organization. This role will partner closely with the Controller to strengthen the month-end close process, manage the general ledger and support timely and accurate financial reporting as the firm scales. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and detail oriented and will grow to assume increasing responsibilities for the general ledger, account reconciliations and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities and Duties- Support and execute periodic close processes, including quarter-end and year-end reporting requirements.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts, including bank accounts. Identify and resolve reconciling items on a timely basis.
- Ensure accurate expense classification, coding and receipt management by maintaining controls over corporate credit card activity.
- Oversee accounts payable and reconciliation to vendor statements, including the preparation and submission of annual tax forms to all qualified vendors.
- Gain exposure to budget preparation, variance analysis, and financial forecasting by collaborating with the rest of the Finance team and department leaders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Experience: 3 - 5 years of professional accounting experience.
- Skills: Strong MS Excel skills and experience with accounting software (e.g., Quick Books, SAP, Oracle). Ability to operate in a high growth environment with multiple entities, international operations and increasing revenues.

- Full time position
- Hybrid work environment (combination of in-office and remote)
- Periodic in-office work will be required, up to 3 days per week in our Wayne, PA office
