Valuations - Senior Associate

We are partnering with a well-established organization to identify a Valuations Associate to support fund-level and asset-level valuation activities.

• Perform valuations of individual assets and support fund-level valuation analysis.
• Build and maintain discounted cash flow models and other financial analyses.
• Support quarterly valuation processes and ensure consistency across portfolios.
• Analyze the relationship between asset valuations and broader fund performance.
• Partner with asset management, portfolio, and investment teams to gather inputs and validate assumptions.
• Contribute to reporting and insights used for internal decision-making and external stakeholders.
• Operate independently while supporting ongoing process improvements and scalability.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field.
• ~4–6 years of experience in valuations, financial analysis, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of discounted cash flow modeling and financial concepts.
• Background in advisory, valuation, or transaction-focused roles is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
• Experience with financial modeling tools; exposure to real estate software is a plus.
