- Serve as a trusted finance partner to senior leaders across the organization.
- Own monthly forecasts and annual budgets, including department expenses, headcount, corporate allocations, and product line P&L.
- Analyze actual results against forecasts and budgets, identifying trends, risks, opportunities, and recommended actions.
- Prepare monthly reporting packages, leadership presentations, and ad‑hoc analysis that help teams make informed decisions.
- Partner with Finance during monthly close to ensure forecasts align with actual results.
- Support long‑range planning, treasury planning, capital planning, and other strategic finance processes.
- Use financial models, planning tools, and BI systems to improve forecasting, reporting, dashboards, and decision support.
- Drive process improvements that make FP&A work more accurate, scalable, and efficient.
- Take ownership of recurring and ad‑hoc work while helping develop junior team members as the team grows.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, public accounting, or a related finance role.
- Strong Excel skills, including experience building and maintaining financial models.
- Experience with financial planning or budgeting tools, such as Adaptive Planning, preferred.
- Familiarity with Net Suite is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and sound business judgment.
- Ability to translate financial data into clear insights, recommendations, and stories for leaders.
- Comfort working cross‑functionally and managing multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment.
- A strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- A collaborative approach that helps teams be better together.
- A customer‑focused mindset that considers how decisions support better outcomes for schools, educators, and students.

The full base compensation range for this position is $85,000-$105,000.
