Salary: $22.00 - $27.00 per month commission plus monthly incentive. Hourly rate: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour.

Summary

The Loan Processor manages and reviews manufactured housing real estate loan documentation to ensure it is completed and complies with company policies and regulations. The role works closely with borrowers, dealers, underwriters and the Sales teams.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Review and enter loan applications into the Loan Origination System.
  • Prepare required disclosures.
  • Gather and analyze all documentation and information for the loan, including all approval conditions required by the underwriter.
  • Accurately calculate income and loan ratios to ensure they are within loan program guidelines.
  • Submit and follow up on orders placed with third‑party service providers.
  • Maintain and manage loan files.
  • Communicate with all parties involved in the transaction—underwriters, loan officers, sales team, attorneys, title companies, appraisers, dealer and community partners—to move the loan efficiently and accurately from application to settlement.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required;
    College Degree preferred.
  • One year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience that meets the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • Call center environment preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong follow‑up ability, maintaining consistent communication and record‑keeping.
  • Proficiency in data entry and experience with database management systems.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Physical Requirements
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
