Finance Manager

We are seeking a Finance Manager to lead key financial functions within a joint venture financing organization. This role will oversee pricing strategy, commission administration, cash application operations, funding coordination, and financial reporting support while serving as a critical liaison between internal stakeholders and strategic business partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own pricing strategy and controls to achieve target margins across new business transactions.
• Develop standard pricing models and support complex or strategic deal structures.
• Manage commission calculations, validation, and payments for sales teams.
• Lead and develop the Cash Application team, including KPI development, SLA management, and performance oversight.
• Coordinate transaction funding activities with Treasury and provide funding forecasts.
• Support financial reporting, budgeting, board presentations, and other finance-related initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with executive leadership, business partners, and cross-functional teams.
• Drive process improvements, compliance adherence, and strategic financial initiatives.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of finance experience, including pricing and financial analysis.
• Prior leadership experience with responsibility for team development and performance management.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and dashboard development skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with in equipment leasing, commercial finance, or financial services preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required; CPA is a plus.
