Responsibilities
- Operate within the Centralized Planning Team to build, present (internally) and analyze financial plans for our clients.
- Create comprehensive financial plans based on individual client needs, integrating aspects such as savings, investments, tax planning, and risk management.
- Analyze clients' current financial status and forecast future trends using advanced financial modeling and tools (eMoney, Y Charts, etc.).
- Provide expert guidance on asset allocation, investment strategies, and retirement planning to maximize financial outcomes.
- Stay up to date on changes in financial laws, regulations, and products to ensure compliance.
- Prepare detailed financial reports, charts, and presentations to communicate financial data and advice effectively to Wealth Advisor teams.
- Collaborate with external Strategic Partners when necessary to ensure a holistic approach to financial planning.
- Maintain a strong understanding of financial products and services, and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Keep the Enterprise up to date with changes in eMoney platform (advisor and client platforms).

Position QualificationsRequired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. CFP (Certified Financial Planner) certification is preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in financial planning, wealth management, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning software and tools (e.g., eMoney, Money Guide Pro).
- Excellent understanding of financial regulations and tax laws.
- Ability to assess client needs, communicate complex financial concepts, and provide actionable advice.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships with Wealth Advisors and Paraplanners.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other financial tools.
- Experience with portfolio management and investment strategies.
- Knowledge of estate planning and insurance products.
- Advanced knowledge of retirement planning and Social Security benefits.
