As a Personal Banker within PNC’s Retail organization, you will be based in Wayne, PA, at the Devon Branch.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities; manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing; collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow share of wallet.
  • Drive proactive sales conversations through outbound calling, service-to-sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement to elevate client loyalty.
  • Create customer loyalty and grow customer share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience, including lobby engagement and education on financial transaction options.
  • Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively, supporting customer loyalty.
  • Manage risk by adhering to policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment, and participating in branch daily operations to ensure efficient and accurate completion.
