As a Personal Banker within PNC’s Retail organization, you will be based in Wayne, PA, at the Devon Branch.
Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities
- Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities; manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing; collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow share of wallet.
- Drive proactive sales conversations through outbound calling, service-to-sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement to elevate client loyalty.
- Create customer loyalty and grow customer share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience, including lobby engagement and education on financial transaction options.
- Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively, supporting customer loyalty.
- Manage risk by adhering to policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment, and participating in branch daily operations to ensure efficient and accurate completion.

Work Experience
- 3+ years of experience in a related role, learning and demonstrating product knowledge.
- Education or equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
