Consultant, AI Portfolio Mgmt

This position will consult/analyze and deliver on more complex assignments/projects for AI portfolio management processes, including intake, reporting, and prioritization activities. You will apply in-depth knowledge to independently manage portfolio deliverables, resolve issues, and recommend improvements. You will serve as a resource to stakeholders and contribute to effective portfolio governance and decision-making.

Leads defined portions of portfolio processes, including intake coordination, data validation, and reporting deliverables. Partners with project managers, IT, and business stakeholders to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and provide portfolio insights. Executes and improves intake processes, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and alignment with governance standards. Maintains portfolio data and performs deeper validation and analysis to identify trends, inconsistencies, or risks. Produces and updates AI intake standard reports and dashboards.

Tracks portfolio performance and proactively follows up with stakeholders to resolve gaps or delays. Prepares and may present materials for portfolio governance forums, including QBRs and planning cycles. Identifies moderately complex data discrepancies or missing information and escalates highly complex issues to senior team members for resolution. Maintains and analyzes financial tracking data, identifying trends and supporting investment decision-making. Updates and maintains financial tracking reports to support visibility into investment performance, cost tracking, and portfolio data, and supports decision-making.

Organizes portfolio files, documentation, and tracking tools to ensure accessibility and consistency. Contributes to the evolution of portfolio management tools, governance, and processes by recommending enhancements. Serves as a resource to team members and internal stakeholders on portfolio management best practice standards, templates & practices.

Must Haves: 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's) 3 - 5+ Years of experience in program/portfolio management, project management, operations, or IT experience that directly aligns to the responsibilities of this position. The pay range for this position is $72,900 - $131,600 with anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role.

The base pay is just one component of Lincoln's total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual. Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln's standard benefits package.
