Compensation Requirements: $85,000 to $115,000 DOE plus bonus

Our client is a growing wealth management firm seeking an experienced Senior Client Service Associate to support a team of advisors serving high-net-worth individuals and business owners. In this role, you will serve as a trusted partner to both advisors and clients, managing account administration, operational workflows, client service requests, and financial planning support. Typical Duties and Responsibilities of the Senior Client Service Associate:
  • Assist financial advisors with administrative, operational, and client service support
  • Manage new client onboarding and ensure all paperwork is complete and accurate
  • Process ACATs, account opening documentation, and account maintenance requests
  • Handle client communications via phone, email, written correspondence, and in person
  • Execute money movement requests and operational processing activities
  • Process advisor-directed trades and account-related transactions
  • Monitor and process required minimum distributions (RMDs)
  • Prepare for and attend client review meetings and implement resulting action items
  • Maintain Salesforce databases and reporting
  • Assist with eMoney data entry and financial planning support activities
  • Research client and security information through custodial and back-office systems
  • Support 401(k)-related service responsibilities
  • Ensure client documentation complies with firm and industry requirements (compliance)
  • Create and maintain workflows and procedures that support operational efficiency
  • Participate in special projects and cross-functional initiatives as needed
Senior Client Service Associate Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting financial advisors within a wealth management firm, RIA, broker-dealer, or similar environment, including experience working directly with high-net-worth clients
  • Series 7 and 63 licenses preferred
  • Exposure to financial planning and para-planning support is preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM platform
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience with eMoney or similar financial planning software preferred
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional, polished demeanor with a strong commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and passionate about helping clients and supporting team success
  • Tech-savvy with experience leveraging AI tools to improve workflows, enhance client service, automate routine tasks, and create standardized templates and documentation.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
A plus but not required:
  • Experience with Morningstar Advisor Workstation
  • Familiarity with 401(k) plan administration and participant support
