Position Overview:
As the Marketing and Admissions Liaison, you will serve as the face of our facility, building relationships with hospitals, physicians, community organizations, and referral sources. Your primary goal is to drive census growth by showcasing our nursing home’s outstanding care and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, physicians, and community organizations.
- Actively promote the facility through outreach, presentations, and event participation.
- Identify new opportunities to increase referrals and admissions.
- Monitor and analyze marketing trends, providing regular updates and strategies to the leadership team.
- Represent the facility with professionalism, care, and passion for our mission.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in healthcare marketing or sales, preferably in long-term care or related fields.
- Strong interpersonal, networking, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of the local healthcare market and referral networks is a plus.
- Goal-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel within the community.
