Premier Orthopaedics and Philadelphia Hand to Shoulder Center are seeking a Patient Service Representative for our King of Prussia location. You will greet patients, manage check-in/out, verify insurance, schedule appointments, and collect payments in a on-site, Monday–Friday role.
Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of medical front office experience, knowledge of EMR systems, and strong communication with patients and staff while maintaining HIPAA compliance and accuracy in all interactions.
