Resident Assistant

Brightview Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Resident Assistant to support seniors in our vibrant community. In this hands-on caregiving role, you'll assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and toileting, while promoting dignity, independence, and safety. You'll help with meal service, light housekeeping, and engagement in social and wellness activities. Working closely with nurses and care teams, you'll observe and report changes in condition, follow care plans, and maintain accurate documentation.
