Treatment Coordinator

Chester County Oral Surgery & Dental Implants in West Chester, PA seeks a Treatment Coordinator to support our oral surgery and implant patients. In this patient-focused role, you will guide patients through their treatment journey, review recommendations, explain procedures, and coordinate schedules. You will verify insurance, provide financial estimates, and discuss payment options with clarity and empathy. Working closely with surgeons and clinical staff, you'll ensure seamless communication, accurate records, and an exceptional patient experience in a collaborative, learning-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for patients regarding treatment plans and next steps
• Review clinical recommendations and translate them into clear treatment plans
• Coordinate scheduling for consultations, surgery, and follow-up visits
• Discuss financial options, estimates, and insurance coverage with patients
• Verify insurance benefits and obtain necessary pre-authorizations
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in practice software
• Collaborate with surgeons, clinical staff, and front office to ensure smooth workflow
