We are seeking a strategic and collaborative HR Business Partner to partner with business leaders on talent strategy, organizational effectiveness, and workforce planning. This role serves as a trusted advisor to leadership, driving people initiatives that support business objectives while fostering a high-performance culture.

• Partner with business leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development.
• Provide coaching and HR guidance to leaders on performance management, employee engagement, change management, and organisational effectiveness.
• Lead organisational development and change initiatives, including restructures and process improvements.
• Collaborate with Employee Relations on complex employee matters and ensure compliance with U.S. employment laws.
• Support compensation planning, promotions, market adjustments, and recognition programmes.
• Drive learning and development initiatives, career pathing, and leadership development.
• Implement HR policies and programmes aligned with global HR strategies.

• 2–5 years of HR Business Partner or related HR experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Experience supporting leaders within a complex, matrixed organization; global experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. employment law.
• Experience with succession planning, career development, organisational change, and leadership coaching.
• Excellent communication, presentation, influencing, and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and partner effectively with leaders at all levels.
