Support enterprise-wide compensation programs and corporate client groups
Provide consultative compensation support to various departments
Manage high-visibility compensation projects

Establish global standards and best practices for compensation programs

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree
10 or more years of experience as compensation professional
Proven experience operating with Senior/Executive management teams
Excellent analytical skills and attention to details
Excellent problem solving, judgment and decision-making skills in highly complex situations
Excellent presentation skills
Strong ability to work in a matrix environment
