Recruiter Position

We are looking for a Recruiter to support a high-volume hiring initiative for a long-term contract opportunity. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a large intake of call center talent while helping the team move quickly on urgent staffing goals. This position is fully remote, offers flexible hours, and is ideal for someone who can start promptly and thrive in a fast-paced hiring environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruiting efforts for a large-scale hiring project focused on call center positions.

• Build candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing across job boards, applicant databases, and other recruiting channels.

• Review applications, evaluate candidate fit, and advance candidates with relevant experience through each stage of the hiring process.

• Coordinate and conduct recruitment activities efficiently to support ambitious hiring timelines and business demand.

• Partner with talent acquisition leaders and hiring stakeholders to align on priorities, candidate quality, and hiring progress.

• Maintain accurate candidate records, activity tracking, and workflow updates within the applicant tracking system.

• Use tools such as Dayforce, Indeed, and Microsoft Office to manage outreach, reporting, scheduling, and recruiting operations.

• Deliver a positive candidate experience by communicating clearly, moving quickly, and keeping applicants informed throughout the process.
