Piper Companies is seeking a Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to support a well-established financial services organization. This role is on-site in Wayne, PA.
Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and SSRS reports aligned with business needs.
- Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, views, and stored procedures.
- Support ETL/ELT workflows to ensure accurate, scalable data for reporting.
- Optimize dashboard and query performance.
- Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver effective BI solutions.
- Contribute to BI documentation, standards, and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in BI development or data analytics.
- Advanced proficiency in Tableau (Desktop and Server).
- Strong SQL skills.
- Experience with ETL/ELT tools (dbt, Talend, Matillion, or similar).
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, AWS, Azure).
- Pay Rate: $120,000 – $150,000 (annualized base salary)
