Responsibilities
- Develop GenAI, AI Agent use cases using Service Now Now Assist
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications.
- Develop comprehensive GenAI solutions tailored to customer business needs, ensuring alignment with IT strategy and industry best practices.
- Design and implement integration between Service Now Now Assist and other IT systems/platforms ensuring seamless data flow and process alignment.
- Customize and configure Service Now VA, Now Assist, ITSM to meet customer requirement.
- Experience in Service Now Back-End and Integrations (Integration HUB, SOAP, REST, Data Sources, Import Set, Transform maps)
- Strong working in an Agile/Dev Ops environment in Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, automated testing, Agile metrics
- Strong skills in User Interface design, Analytical, Problem solving and Quantitative skills.
- Ability to provide technical leadership and work seamlessly with customers
- Knowledge of Service Now AI (Predictive & Task Intelligence) and Now Assist. Clear understanding of all the Service Now GenAI and Agentic AI skills and their applicability in Service Now modules like ITSM, HRSD.
- Extensive experience with Service Now platform, specifically with ITSM, Knowledge Management, Virtual Agent
- Prior experience in at least one design, architect and implementation of Service Now Now Assist (Out of the box configurations and customizations)
- Prior 1-2 years of experience in implementation of various Predictive Intelligence features within Service Now
- Prior experience in MLOps, ML engineering, Prompt Engineering, RAG, and Data Science, with a proven track record of developing and maintaining Gen AI, Agentic AI solutions.
- Experience with Service Now client and server-side JavaScript and the Service Now APIs
- Experience and expert understanding of key Service Now modules and concepts like ITSM, Knowledge Management, Data Models, etc.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving experience, ability to multi-task and effectively manage priorities.
- Developing solutions on Service Now platform using an Architecture first principle
- Working with Business Analysts on technical stories, ensuring timely delivery during Sprint cycles
- Strong understanding of ITIL and Service Management frameworks (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge Management, etc.)
