Responsibilities

  • Build Service Now solution using Service Now HRSD, Virtual Agent
  • Design and implement Business Rules, ACL, Data Dictionary, UI Actions, UI Policies, Client Scripts and Validations Scripts, Fix scripts, Scheduled jobs, Events, Notifications, Email scripts, Reports, Dashboards, PA Indicators, Widgets
  • Build integrations with Service Now and other enterprise systems [Workday, SAP Success Factors, Oracle HCM, People Soft, ADP, corestone, MS-Teams, Docusign]
  • Build Service Catalog, Orchestration and Automation workflow using Flow designer
  • Work closely with stakeholders, such as business analysts and users, to understand requirements and provide effective solutions
  • Design, configure, and develop virtual agent conversations using Service Nows Virtual Agent Designer, incorporating relevant skills, decision trees, intents, and natural language understanding (NLU) capabilities
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure the virtual agents interface is visually appealing, intuitive, and aligned with the organizations branding guidelines
  • Utilize Virtual Agent capabilities within Service Now to automate and streamline business processes
  • Build solution using Now Assist in HRSD and Virtual Agent
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of technical experience in Service Now HRSD, Virtual Agent
  • At least 2 implementation experiences of Service Now HRSD. Hands-on experience in implementing core HRSD features like HR Case Management, Employee Center, HR Integrations, Agent workspace, Virtual Agents and Lifecycle Events (Onboarding, Offboarding)
  • Experience in building integrations with HR systems such as:
    Workday, SAP Success Factors, Oracle HCM, People Soft, ADP
  • Extensive experience in the design and implementation of Business Rules, Data Dictionary, UI Actions, UI Policies, Client Scripts and Validations Scripts, Fix scripts, Scheduled jobs, Events, Notifications, Email scripts, Reports, Dashboards, PA Indicators, Widgets
  • Strong experience in working on user interface applications and professional web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and XML
  • Experience in working on integrations and data loads using Import Sets, transformation maps, SOAP and REST web services. Strong experience in working with Scripted Web services, Script Includes
  • Knowledge of latest Gen Ai (Now Assist) and Agentic AI working, ability to understand the technicalities how Agent work and apply for creating demos/solutions

  • Design, configure, and develop virtual agent conversations using Service Nows Virtual Agent Designer, incorporating relevant skills, decision trees, intents, and natural language understanding (NLU) capabilities
