ServiceNow TPRM Developer

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement Service Now TPRM module to manage vendor risk lifecycle, including onboarding, assessments, and continuous monitoring.
• Develop workflows, questionnaires, and scoring models for risk tiering and compliance assessments.
• Customize and maintain dashboards and reports to track third‑party risk posture and remediation progress.
• Integrate TPRM with internal/external systems using REST APIs and Integration Hub for seamless data exchange.
• Automate processes using Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI Policies to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with GRC/IRM teams to align TPRM with enterprise risk and compliance frameworks.
• Troubleshoot and provide ongoing support for TPRM configurations, enhancements, and performance optimization.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and organizational standards for vendor risk management and reporting.

• 4+ years of overall Service Now development experience.
• 1–2 years (or 1–2 full‑cycle projects) of hands‑on experience in Service Now IRM/GRC modules, specializing in Third Party Risk Management (TPRM), including vendor onboarding workflows, risk assessment lifecycle, taxonomies, risk scoring logic, etc.
• 1–2 years of experience integrating Service Now IRM with external systems or other Service Now modules.
• Strong knowledge of the risk lifecycle, including risk identification, scoring models (inherent/residual), controls, indicators, assessments, and compliance frameworks.
• Solid understanding of Service Now integration methods, including REST, SOAP, and MID Server–based integrations.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and Flow Designer automations.
• Experience working with GRC Work spaces (Risk, Compliance, Audit) and UI Builder for workspace customizations.
• Exposure to Integration Hub, spokes, reporting, and dashboard development.
• Strong understanding of upgrade‑safe, modular, and scalable development practices.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical problem‑solving skills.
• Prior experience in the BFSI sector (preferred but not mandatory).

• Salary Range: $80,000 - $140,000 a year.
