EBusiness & Integration Architect

Overview

• Develop internal and external system interfaces for automated processes and partner connectivity across the enterprise.
• Design architecture components including user interface, application integrations, middleware, and infrastructure.
• Lead all stages of the application development process (design, development, testing, enhancements, system audit) ensuring adherence to standards, documentation, change management, and SDLC processes.
• Evaluate and recommend software technologies, assess alternatives, and solve problems.
• Assess risks and defects, analyze specifications, and customize applications for key customers.
• Conduct rigorous quality testing to ensure applications meet fundamental standards and user requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5‑8+ years of hands‑on experience with cross‑system interface development and EDI using SAP technologies.
• Experience integrating SAP with other systems using SAP PO (Process Orchestration), SAP BTP Integration Suite, SAP BTP CPI (Neo), Event-Driven Architecture, API Management, SAP BTP Build Process Automation.
• Experience with EDI brokers such as Elemica or similar products and use of EDI and sFTP protocols.
• Knowledge of cloud‑based EDI platforms (e.g., Boomi, true Commerce, go Anywhere) is a plus.
• Knowledge of integration formats such as ANSI X12, EDIFACT, cXML, XML, xCBL, iDoc is a plus.
• Proficiency in BPMN workflows, API integration, JavaScript/Python scripting, Groovy scripting.
• Experience leveraging AI to accelerate development with natural‑language prompting for integration flows, mappings, and connectors.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with limited oversight; excellent verbal and written communication.
• Knowledge of project‑management techniques; PMP and Six Sigma designation preferred.
• Hands‑on experience with SDLC methodologies (waterfall, agile).
• Ability to manage ambiguity and operate globally in a dispersed organization.
• Strong enterprise business acumen in Order to Cash, Procurement, and Warehousing & Logistics.
• Excellent listening, communication, alliance‑building, negotiation, conflict‑management, and influencing skills.
