Location: Hybrid Wayne, PA (3 days/week on site)
Key Responsibilities- Lead enterprise data governance and data quality strategy across the full data lifecycle
- Define and implement data governance frameworks, standards, policies, and procedures
- Design and oversee data quality programs, including development of rules, scorecards, and monitoring frameworks
- Establish data quality KPIs and metrics focused on consistency, accuracy, completeness, and timeliness
- Own and manage data quality dashboards and reporting for business and executive stakeholders
- Serve as subject matter expert for data governance platforms including Collibra (Data Catalog, Business Glossary, Lineage, and workflows)
- Configure and guide the use of data quality tools such as Collibra
DQ, OwlDQ, or Informatica Data Quality - Partner with business and IT stakeholders to prioritize data quality issues and drive remediation efforts
- Facilitate governance forums, data stewardship councils, and cross‑functional working sessions
- Translate complex data issues into clear insights and recommendations for non‑technical audiences
- Ensure compliance with healthcare data regulations, privacy standards, and governance requirements
- Support integration of governance and quality practices within ETL/ELT pipelines and enterprise data platforms
- Provide strategic oversight of data quality architecture, including rule implementation and workflow optimization
- 10+ years of experience in data governance, data quality, or data management roles
- Strong experience leading enterprise‑level data governance and data quality initiatives
- Hands‑on experience with Collibra Data Quality (preferred) or OwlDQ / Informatica Data Quality
- Proven experience designing and implementing data quality rules, scorecards, and monitoring frameworks
- Experience building and managing data quality dashboards and governance reporting
- Strong SQL skills with ability to analyze and validate data quality issues
- Solid understanding of ETL/ELT processes and data pipeline architecture
- Experience working within healthcare environments, preferably payer‑related (claims, eligibility, provider data)
- Experience working with data catalogs, business glossaries, lineage, and metadata management
- Ability to operate at both strategic and functional levels, providing direction to technical teams
