Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Systems Analyst to analyze, design, and improve electronic data processing systems. The ideal candidate will be an expert in translating business needs into technical requirements and will play a critical role in supervising and mentoring teams. This is a senior-level position that requires strong leadership and communication skills to advise both management and clients on system principles and updates.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the testing, maintenance, and monitoring of computer programs and systems.
• Advise clients and management on information processing needs and recommended system improvements.
• Lead the expansion or modification of systems to improve workflow and serve new business purposes.
• Analyze user requirements and business processes to automate or enhance existing systems.
• Train staff and users to effectively work with new computer systems and programs.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Computer Science or Computer Engineering is required. An MBA or other related advanced degree is preferred.
• Experience: Proven experience in a similar role with a strong background in system analysis and project supervision.
• Skills:
• Expert leadership and mentoring skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Expert knowledge of design techniques and principles for creating drawings and models.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
