Data Management develops, governs, and operationalizes IQVIA Digital's industry‑leading healthcare and consumer data assets, which serve as the foundation for our products, analytics, business intelligence, and AI‑enabled solutions. Working closely with Product and Technology teams, the organization ensures the quality, integrity, security, and scalability of data across the ecosystem. Leveraging robust data management practices and a privacy‑by‑design foundation, the team transforms complex data into trusted assets and actionable insights that drive innovation, inform strategic decisions, and deliver measurable value for clients across the healthcare marketing landscape.
Associate Director of Data Management Product Partnerships plays a critical role in facilitating the strategic vision and processes for the Measurement, Media OS, and Personalization Science product teams. This position requires a strong leader who can drive collaboration between Product, Data Management, Client Engagement, Advanced Analytics, Sales, GTM, and senior leaderships among other partners to drive business growth.
Essential Functions- Own and oversee end‑to‑end data management processes supporting IQVIA Digital's Measurement, Media OS, and Personalization Science product teams.
- Manage a team of two individuals.
- Experience managing and building teams; proven ability to manage up and manage down.
- Build, broaden, and deepen strategic client relationships within the Product and Advanced Analytics teams.
- Partner with various internal key stakeholders to define data requirements and establish and scale data processes to drive product adoption and performance.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on IQVIA Digital data, products, and offerings in relation to the broader ecosystem.
- Understand and translate technical data concepts into clear, actionable insights for cross‑functional team members and stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment and coordination between various IQVIA Digital product and client touch points; leverage feedback to improve established processes and future‑proof amidst shifting dynamics.
- Investigate data anomalies, review trends, and research problems while handling and project‑managing data processes.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- 8‑10 years relevant sales, service, data‑driven advertising and/or marketing experience and/or data management.
- Demonstrated excellent project management and relationship‑building skills.
- Works willingly and effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals and deliver high‑quality results.
- Experience developing consultative relationships with senior‑level managers and executives across the company.
- Proven track record of building and managing scalable data workflows and frameworks.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
- Deep understanding of the Digital, Data, Measurement, and AdTech ecosystems; experience with HCP, DTC, first‑party, and programmatic data a plus.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to convey complex data concepts clearly.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $88,600.00 – $. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job‑related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part‑time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
