Reason for Opening:
- Existing governance coverage is insufficient for the growing scope driven by AI initiatives, additional data sources, and increasing governance requirements.
- Govern CMDB processes and standards.
- Reporting, analytics, dashboard creation, and data quality oversight.
- Maintain governance controls and data integrity.
- Support AI governance initiatives.
- Identify and automate manual governance processes.
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure proper onboarding and governance of new data sources.
- Strong Service Now administration experience.
- Familiarity with ITSM modules, CMDB, SAM, and HAM.
- Understanding of cloud, AI, infrastructure, and governance concepts.
- Knowledge of CSDM and IT service governance frameworks.
- Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
- ITIL Foundation is effectively a must-have unless the candidate has significant practical ITIL experience.
- Service Now System Administrator certification is highly desirable.
