AD IT Service Desk is seeking a Help Desk Specialist to provide Level 1 IT support for associates across the organization. You will handle requests via phone, email, and remote tools, log issues, and route complex problems to specialists as needed.
Responsibilities include assisting with Windows 11, Microsoft 365, printers, and basic networking, plus onboarding/offboarding and password resets. The role is based at our Wayne, PA office with a hybrid schedule.
