Commercial Insurance Account Executive

• Serve as the primary relationship lead for enterprise-level and complex commercial accounts
• Build and sustain client partnerships with a deep understanding of multi-line business needs and organizational risk
• Lead Quarterly Business Strategy Meetings focused on program structure, KPIs, financial performance, loss trends, and mitigation plans
• Conduct Discovery Sessions to identify emerging exposures, operational changes, and strategic priorities
• Develop and execute de-risking strategies
• Deliver coverage gap analysis reviews and recommend solutions
• Review contracts, leases, and third-party risk transfer requirements
• Present benchmarking insights, claims trends, and strategic performance analytics
• Consult on captives, large deductible programs, risk financing, and alternative program structures
• Oversee a proactive strategic claims approach with internal claims resources
• Execute Total Client Experience timelines across assigned accounts
• Organize and conduct client meetings, workshops, educational sessions, and operational/executive presentations
• Assume direct client-facing responsibilities previously handled by a Client Advisor when appropriate
• Deliver technical proposals, strategy plans, claims reviews, progress reports, executive workshops, and client onboarding sessions
• Identify Total Client Opportunities across Acrisure departments
• Coordinate with Client Advisors, Placement, Account Executives, Account Managers, and specialty resource partners
• Review supplemental applications, loss runs, audit reports, and client data to surface needs and route solutions
• Lead, monitor, and report total client solution delivery within renewal timelines
• Perform additional duties as assigned

• Active Property & Casualty License
• Proven record of retaining and growing large accounts
• Strong executive presence in client-facing roles
• Experience managing external and internal resources, including vendor and carrier relationships
• Advanced understanding of coverage structures, contractual risk transfer, loss analytics, and technical program design
• Strong project management and analytical skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including technical and executive-level presenting
• Ability to work cross-functionally across sales, service, claims, placement, and specialty departments
• Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• 8+ years commercial P&C insurance experience
• Enterprise or complex national accounts in Real Estate Insurance strongly preferred
• Insurance designations such as ARM, CPCU, CRM, CIC preferred but not required
• College degree in Business Administration or related field preferred

Demonstrates expertise in managing enterprise-level commercial accounts, with a focus on client relationship building, risk management, and strategic program design. Proficient in delivering technical proposals and conducting executive-level presentations while maintaining strong project management and analytical skills.
