Job Summary

This role sits at the intersection of project management, logistics coordination, quality control, and client service within the high-end cabinetry and interior finishing space. The position demands both strategic visibility across multiple concurrent projects and hands-on, on-the-ground execution. The manager serves as the critical link between designers, manufacturers, builders, installers, and ultimately the homeowner - ensuring every project moves seamlessly from conception through to completed installation and beyond.

Job Functions & Key Tasks Bluebell
  • Project Pipeline & Manufacturer Oversight
    • Maintain full visibility across active projects from the time cabinets come out of production through installation
    • Manage and track reserve forms with manufacturers for each project
    • Assign projects to appropriate manufacturer reserves with the help of designers depending on timing
    • Monitor and track rough submittal timelines from manufacturers and ensure Bluebell meets deadlines accordingly
    • Track final sign-off deadlines and cabinet manufacturer completion dates
  • Delivery & Site Coordination
    • Arrange and coordinate deliveries to job sites and the warehouse
    • Coordinate schedules with builders to determine site readiness for cabinetry
    • Ensure job sites meet company standards and installation guidelines prior to delivery
  • Installation Coordination
    • Oversee installation of cabinetry, appliances, hoods, hardware, countertops, back splashes, wood tops, and related millwork, conducting quality control checks during and after installation
    • Follow up with builders when sites are not meeting readiness or quality standards
    • Provide weekly updates to stakeholders on each project
  • Pre-Project & Designer Handoff
    • Maintain forward visibility on upcoming projects entering the pipeline, ensuring designers have completed all selections, procurement, and specifications prior to handling them off to the installation team
  • Service & Warranty
    • Manage all incoming service calls, distinguishing between warranty issues and homeowner wear, tear, or damage, and schedule service visits promptly and efficiently
    • Determine billing applicability, coordinate invoicing, and source any required parts or replacement pieces to ensure resolutions meet the highest satisfaction standards
  • General Daily Operations
    • Transport materials, parts, and equipment between job sites, warehouses, and vendor locations, providing all-hands-on support across teams as needed
    • Maintain communication with vendors, builders, architects, and designers, and support the marketing team with logistics coordination for events

    • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including incoming receiving, inspection and photographing of items, and wrapping, packaging, and handling of goods
    • Provide physical support including lifting and moving boxes and furniture, and collaborate on delivery days for Velo Logistics moving items for installation dates
