Senior Vice President of Operations

This executive will provide strategic and operational leadership across communities nationally. The role will partner closely with executive leadership to drive performance, scale operational processes, and support continued portfolio growth.

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across a national residential portfolio
• Lead and develop Operations Managers and onsite leadership teams
• Drive occupancy performance, resident satisfaction, and revenue growth
• Partner with marketing and sales teams to strengthen leasing and brand positioning
• Oversee operational budgets, capital projects, and asset performance initiatives
• Build and refine scalable operational systems and best practices
• Conduct regular site visits to support leadership teams and ensure operational alignment
• Partner with ownership, leadership teams, and vendors to drive value creation

• 10+ years of senior operations leadership in senior living, multifamily, or mixed residential platforms
• Experience overseeing multi-state portfolios and leading distributed teams
• Strong background in revenue growth, occupancy performance, and operational scaling
• Proven ability to develop high-performing leadership teams
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-focused leadership style
• Willingness to travel nationally
