Pay Rate: $43.27 per hour

• Experience managing project plans, budgets, schedules, resources, and deliverables.
• Strong ability to monitor financial performance, including costs, revenue, profitability, and productivity.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and clients.
• Knowledge of quality assurance, quality control, compliance requirements, and applicable regulatory or safety standards.
• Proven problem-solving, negotiation, and change management capabilities.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to shifting project requirements.
• Experience supporting business operations, including proposals, client service, invoicing, and profitability goals.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development, performance management, and collaboration.
• Proficiency with project management tools, reporting systems, and performance tracking methods.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions and maintain a strong focus on project outcomes and client satisfaction.

• Plan and allocate project resources, including work plans, labor budgets, project teams, tasks, and deliverables.
• Monitor project schedules, costs, productivity, and revenue to keep projects on track and aligned with objectives.
• Coordinate communication between internal teams, clients, and stakeholders through meetings, reporting, and ongoing updates.
• Oversee project quality by implementing QA/QC processes and ensuring consistent delivery standards.
• Manage project changes, resolve issues, and adjust plans in response to evolving requirements and constraints.
