Manufacturing Quality Technician in Wayne

PROMAN Staffing has partnered with a Manufacturing Company that is looking for a Quality Technician in Wayne, NJ to ensure the quality and reliability of their products.

We Pay Weekly!

• 1st Shift 7am-3:30
• $26-27/hour
• Perform visual check on all finished products
• Performs routine Incoming and In-process dimensional and visual inspections
• Inspects product samples to evaluate the quality of the full product batch prior to release to finished goods inventory.
• Initiate Non-Conforming Material reports as required
• Identify and ensure the movement of non-conforming materials to designated quarantine areas
• Input accurate and timely data into quality reporting system
• Ensure inspections are timely, effective and routinely maintained
• Trains the production team on quality control measures to improve product excellence
• Perform product and manufacturing process audits on the shop floor
• Communication quality issues found
• Performs required SAP Transactions

• Must be able to use measuring devices
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and information
• Proficiency in using inventory management software and technical tools
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage inventory control simultaneously
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
