Production Operator

Pay Rate: $22/hr w2

Employee will comply with all Hazardous Waste procedures and local, state, and federal regulatory requirements.

• 2nd shift (3pm-11pm)
• 3rd shift (11pm-7am)
• 12hr night (7pm-7am) – likely limited availability for this shift

• Receives instructions, work orders, and/or materials.
• Receives substrates and process materials for processing, as delivered to work area by storekeeper.
• Moves full and empty pallets into and out of work positions.
• Moves empty cartons from input to output end of conveyor lines.
• Manually transfers substrates and catalysts from one power-driven conveyor to another according to prearranged patterns.
• Visually checks each piece for obvious defects or damage. If defective, places aside for disposition by others. Checks pieces visually for surface defects and streaks.
• Weighs and records process control pieces. If weights are outside prescribed limits, notifies immediate supervisor.
• Maintains identity of parts according to lot numbers.
• As required, performs other duties associated with maintaining flow of production.
• Cleans equipment, as required.
• Maintains work area in a neat and orderly condition.
