About the Marketing Coordinator RoleThe Marketing Coordinator role is ideal for a B2B digital marketer seeking ownership, visibility, and the opportunity to make a measurable impact. This position supports both the wealth management and corporate retirement plan businesses and spans multiple areas of marketing, including lead generation, digital campaigns, content creation, branding, analytics, and sales enablement.
The Marketing Coordinator reports directly to the Head of Marketing and works closely with sales leadership and senior management. Responsibilities may evolve based on individual strengths, with a clearly defined path for growth into a Marketing Director role.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience using marketing automation platforms (such as Act-On) to execute inbound and outbound campaigns and is comfortable operating in a regulated, professional services environment.
Responsibilities of the Marketing Coordinator Role- Design and deploy outbound marketing campaigns using the firm’s marketing automation platform (Act-On)
- Create and distribute emails, landing pages, and digital marketing content
- Schedule and publish weekly blog articles
- Update website content quarterly with advisor-generated materials
- Create and manage social media content across multiple platforms
- Identify and research B2B target prospects for the sales team
- Import, manage, and maintain lead and contact data within Salesforce
- Utilize data enrichment tools to maintain CRM accuracy and data integrity
- Maintain organization of all brand assets and marketing materials
- Support the continued development and expansion of the firm’s brand identity
- Utilize Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Google Search Console to track performance
- Implement and optimize paid social and search strategies to attract qualified prospects
- Improve website SEO through keyword research and refinement of website copy
- Assist in implementing a video strategy for the website, advisor introductions, and client communications
- Create, update, and redesign sales and marketing materials, including slide decks, flyers, brochures, infographics, and sales follow-up email templates
- Collaborate with sales leadership to generate content aligned with firm services and industry trends
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related major
- Minimum of 1 years of digital marketing experience (Internships included)
- Experience supporting lead generation and sales teams specifically in a B2B environment
- B2B marketing experience within financial services, professional services, or another regulated industry

- ChatGPT (AI), Vimeo, or similar tools
- An interest in the financial markets is a plus;
Series 7 or 66 licenses, Salesforce Administrator certification, and Google Analytics or Ads certifications are also valued.
- Base salary dependent on experience and qualifications ($50,000 to $60,000 annually)
