Client Relationship Manager, Marketing Communications, Digital Marketing
The Quattro team is looking for an account service professional to support key client relationships. The candidate will be passionate about marketing and advertising across paid media channels, and understand the importance of fostering longstanding client relationships.
This is a hands-on role, requiring daily client contact and execution. We need a
highly organized, driven self-starter, who can be independent, but also a key team player.

Responsibilities:
• Manage detailed project schedules, campaign calendars, primarily in paid media channels, coordinating on-time asset completion and trafficking
• Meet and liaise with clients to discuss and identify their marketing and advertising
requirements
• Act as a day-to-day client contact and internal client representative, keeping internal teams up to date with clear notes and next steps
• Manage assignments and tasks so that the client’s needs are met and expectations exceeded
• Initiate communication streams and meetings between internal staff and clients
• Facilitate client briefings, assist in the development and delivery of creative briefs
• Collaborate with the creative and digital teams to prepare and present deliverables in all
facets of the client’s assignments and campaigns
• Understand campaign performance reporting and provide feedback
• Work cross-functionally to support the creation of budgets, project estimates, schedules and
resource needs to support your client’s programs
• Foster longstanding client relationships
Qualifications/Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business/Marketing or a related field
• 3+ years experience in a similar role at a marketing/advertising agency or within a marketing team in a campaign/project management capacity
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Passion for learning clients’ businesses
• Interest in client relationship-building and networking
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, including time and resource
management
• A self-starter and proactive “go-getter"
