Overview

Licensed Practical Nurse, Long Term Care, Wayne, PA. This travel temporary assignment begins 07/27/2026 and runs for 12 weeks. Weekly pay ranges from $1,090 to $1,155 per week. Guaranteed hours:
0. Shift is the night schedule, 11:00 PM–7:30 AM. Setting: a long-term care nursing home environment providing resident care and support.

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including monitoring condition, administering medications per protocol, and assisting with daily living activities.
• Assess residents’ needs, document observations, and communicate changes to the supervising RN and medical team.
• Administer treatments and medications in accordance with physician orders and facility policies; monitor for adverse effects.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the resident electronic health record; ensure care plans are followed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to support safety, comfort, and quality of life for residents.
• Respond promptly to call bells and emergencies, assist with transfers and routine procedures, and uphold infection control and safety standards.

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in Pennsylvania
• CPR/BLS certification or equivalent
• Prior practical nursing experience; LTC or SNF experience is preferred
• Ability to work the night shift and participate in a 12-week assignment
• Diploma from an accredited Practical Nursing program

• Practical Nursing diploma or equivalent from an accredited program
• Ongoing license verification and eligibility for state practice
