Senior Manager, Clinical Research Scientist leading scientific and people management within Novocure's Global Clinical Development, focusing on Tumor Treating Fields (TTFields) in oncology.
Responsibilities- oversee and develop a team of Clinical Research Scientists
- provide scientific leadership across multiple clinical programs from protocol design to study reporting
- ensure scientific standards and integrity
- collaborate with cross-functional teams including Clinical Operations, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Biostatistics, Data Management, and Safety
- contribute to study design, key clinical/regulatory documents, data interpretation, and investigator engagement
- advanced degree (MD, PhD, PharmD)
- ~5 years industry experience in clinical research, with oncology focus
- experience authoring study protocols and reports
- strong scientific background
- ability to work independently and travel >40%
- clinical development in CNS, lung, or gastrointestinal tumors
- prior team management and leadership skills
- commitment to inclusive, collaborative culture
- oncology, TTFields technology, clinical stage development, cross-functional stakeholder engagement, leadership in scientific strategy, and data review
