Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Restaurant Server role located in Wayne, PA at Embassy Suites. As a Restaurant Server, your primary responsibilities include providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests enjoy a pleasant dining experience. Additional duties involve maintaining cleanliness, assisting with food preparation tasks, and ensuring adherence to food safety and presentation standards.
You will work collaboratively with team members to uphold the high-quality hospitality standards of Embassy Suites.
- Proficiency in Food Service and Food & Beverage management
- Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills
- Experience or knowledge of Food Preparation and safety standards
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous
