Kirkland's - - Responsibilities:
Provide an exceptional shopping experience to customers using Kirkland's customer service model and assist with operations and merchandising under management direction;
Drive sales growth by flexing into multiple roles including selling, cashiering, replenishing, setting floorsets and/or cleaning;
Educate customers on loyalty programs, promotions, and merchandise to support building the basket;
Maintain merchandise presentation, pricing and inventory accuracy;
Support store branding and uphold Kirkland's values in interactions with customers and coworkers
