- Salary: $40,000 annual base + monthly incentive (applications and originations)
Summary
Inside Sales Account Managers play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong partnerships with manufactured home dealerships, manufactured home communities, and other strategic partners, such as realtors. They are responsible for driving sales growth, fostering client relationships, and achieving revenue targets through effective communication, negotiation, and collaboration.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Present training sessions via Teams with new Manufactured Housing partners on the autoMHatic Financial way (Partner Deck).
- Establish and maintain ongoing referral source relationships from partners.
- Handle inbound phone calls from manufactured home partners to gather information on partnering with autoMHatic Financial.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of lending programs, underwriting guidelines, and loan products offered by the company.
- Set appointments for Outside Sales Territory Managers when appropriate.
- Identify and prospect potential clients, including manufactured home dealerships, communities, and realtors, through outbound calls, emails, and networking efforts.
- Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders by providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of manufactured homes and related services to clients and partners.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and customer satisfaction.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and potential threats.
- Continuously improve sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement strategies through training and professional development activities.
- Represent the company to promote brand awareness and expand the network of potential clients and partners.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.

- 40 hours per week

Salary Details
- Annual base: $40,000

Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in inside sales or business development roles, preferably within the real estate or housing industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Knowledge of manufactured housing industry trends, regulations, and best practices (a plus).
- Results‑driven with a passion for exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Thorough knowledge of available loan products and programs.
- Experience with data entry and database management systems.
- Maintain licensure based on state and federal law.
- Must be a sales‑oriented self‑starter with excellent communication skills.
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
