Operate, repair, and maintain building mechanical, electrical, control systems, air handling units, pumps, motors, and heat exchangers;
Compile notes and data for system operation and maintenance activities;
Troubleshoot and perform light plumbing repairs and coordinate with Property/Project Manager;
Perform Preventative Maintenance tasks per PM Program and update project stakeholders;
Inspect and document operation of electrical/equipment and respond to service calls
