Traveling Skilled Craftsman

Brightview Senior Living is seeking a Traveling Skilled Craftsman to support multiple senior living communities within our portfolio. In this field-based role, you'll travel to Brightview locations to perform skilled carpentry, basic electrical and plumbing repairs, HVAC troubleshooting, painting, and general building maintenance. You'll complete preventive maintenance, address work orders, and support small renovations to ensure safe, attractive, and comfortable spaces for our residents and associates.

Partnering closely with on-site teams, you'll plan work to minimize disruption, uphold safety and building code standards, and deliver resident-first, hospitality-focused service.
